Who are we?
Zynep was founded in 2022 and is a small consultancy based on Funen. Our aim is to make a positive difference, in a world with full speed of digitalization.
For us, digitalization is mostly about the people involved. We believe that we must involve ourselves and those around us, and create an engaging and motivating framework for everyone involved before a digitization solution can be successful.
Having said that, the technology and the quality of the set-up obviously mean a lot in reality, and it is therefore also something we attach great importance to – business and digitalization go hand in hand.

Mathias has a flair for the technical aspects and is good at seeing the shared thread and the flow, both in new and existing processes, as well as how it ties together with the strategy the business has laid out.
The employees’ joy, motivation and making a positive difference for people, society and the environment is what drives him. He is passionate about leading employees and organizations through digital change processes.
With 7 years of experience in digitalization and processes, there is no shortage of knowledge to draw from when it comes to creating processes or creating a digitalization strategy that makes sense both technically and for the employees.
There is always a focus on value creation and good communication up and down the organization to ensure that everyone is informed and on the same track.
